Shipping Methods:
While doing checkout, you will find different shipping methodes as (a) Delhivery (b) Speed Post and (c) registered parcel. These three options has difffernt charges and lead time in shipping. You can decide it as per your preference.
- Delhivery: Both COD and Pre-paid orders are processed through this shipment mode. This courier service takes 5 to 7 days to deliver to your door step.
- Speed Post: Its faster delivery, and higher shipping charges. Only Pre-paid ordes are handling in this mode.
- Registered parcel (India Post) - Comparatively less shipping charges, but it takes 5 to 12 days in delivery. Only Pre-paid orders are processed in this mode.
We will update the tracking id for each order, after shipping the Parcel. You can track the status using those tracking id's.
We also support Truck based transport for bulk orders above 50 kg. We are partnering with VRL (all India), KRS and TVS (South India), depends on the availability for these transports in your locality. These bulk order transport cost less price (8 to 15 rs) depends on the distance to your location and transport provider. You also can avail the option to TO-PAY while receiving the order in your place. Please contact us over phone/email to plan for BULK shipping methods.
Return Policy
Valleyspice promises to supply fresh and authentic premium products guaranteeing customer satisfaction. In case you are in any way dissatisfied with the quality of the product there are no questions asked, you can return the product. You are required to send an email to [email protected] and then courier the product to the below address. You will be refunded the full amount within 48 hours after we receive the product. Ensure that you send a copy of the invoice with the return product. In case there is a change in the product returned or if the product is in any way damaged, Valleyspice has full authority to reject the product returned and the refund.
